Return and Refund Policy

We want your journal to arrive in good condition. If it arrives damaged, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Damaged products

Email shubhangirastogi@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the damage.
• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Please retain the product and packaging while we review your request.

Returns

Once your request is approved, we will share return instructions. Please contact us before sending the product back.

For approved damage-related returns, The Page Club will cover the return shipping cost.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or damage caused after delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
